How do I connect my school calendar?
Go to Profile → Connected Calendars → Connect School. You'll need your school's ICS calendar URL, which you can usually find in your LMS (Canvas, D2L, etc.) under calendar export settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
App Store subscriptions: Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → StudntX → Cancel Subscription.
Stripe subscriptions: You can cancel through the App or by emailing support@studntxapp.com. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → scroll down → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your data is stored securely with row-level security. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does the AI assistant work?
StudntX uses third-party AI services to power the assistant. Your conversations are processed securely, and we don't share personal information like your email with AI providers.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can subscribe through Apple's App Store (in-app purchase) or through our secure web checkout powered by Stripe (credit/debit card). Both options give you the same StudntX Pro features.
I'm not receiving notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled in your iPhone Settings → StudntX → Notifications. Also check that Do Not Disturb is off.
